Fees Schedule

90791-Initial Evaluation-Clinician (60 min):  $150

90837-Psychotherapy (53+ min):  $100

 Couples Therapy (50-60 min):  $150

 Extended Session (90 min):  $ 125

Phone Consultation (50 min):  $100 (prorated)

Group Therapy (45-50 min):  $50

Courtroom Testimony: $150/hr portal-to-portal (4 hour minimum)

School Observation (50 min):  $150 (prorated)*

Case Management Fees: Phone contact more than 10 minutes is billed at a prorated fee of $100 an hour.  Phone contact includes communication with the client’s, schools, other providers, etc.   There is no charge for time spent communicating with your insurance company. 

*All consultations and off-site meetings include time spent at location + travel time to and from (based on the Dallas office location).

** There is a $3.00 fee for credit card payments. **

Technology Use

All sessions are completed through the software program DoxyMe at this time.

Should the client choose to use insurance as a form of payment, our practice utilizes Headway for billing for United Healthcare, Oxford, Oscar, Quest Behavioral Health, Cigna, Aetna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Length of Time for Counseling

Every client comes from different situations and experiences, therefore there is no set timeline for therapy. However, each client is responsible for their own change and can stop receiving services as they see fit, as long as they are safe mentally and physically.
